Dr. Mark N. Greene served as Chief Executive Officer of Fair Isaac Corp. (FICO) since February 14, 2007. From 1995 to 2007, Dr. Greene worked at IBM, where he has distinguished himself as a leader in Fair Isaac Corp.’s financial services industry segment and software business groups. He served as Vice President of Sales and Distribution for Financial Services at IBM and was responsible for setting business development strategy. Prior to that, he served for 4 years as General Manager of IBM’s Global Banking unit, its largest industry vertical. Before that, he led strategy and business development for IBM’s Financial Services Strategy and Solutions division. Earlier in his IBM career, Dr. Greene served as Vice President of IBM’s SecureWay software business group, focused on e-business infrastructure products, and played a central role in developing its electronic commerce software strategy as Co-founder of its e-commerce initiative now known as IBM WebSphere. He served in leadership roles with companies including Technology Solutions Company, Berkeley Investment Technologies and Citicorp. He began his career in 1982 as an Economist with the Federal Reserve Board. He has been a Director of Capella Education Co. since May 2008. Dr. Greene served as Director of Fair Isaac Corp. Dr. Greene holds B.A in Economics at Amherst, MSc/M.A. degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Wales and Ph.D. degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
